BARC Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

- Stipendiary Trainee Cat-I: Candidates must possess educational/technical qualifications from a recognized university/board of technical education of central or state government with a 3-year diploma/ITI/in the 2nd year of B.Sc/M.Sc. - Stipendiary Trainee Cat-II: Candidates must have passed Class 10th (with Science & Maths) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate plus trade certificate in the relevant trade OR Physics, Chemistry & Maths with a minimum of 60% marks. 12th pass with Diploma from recognized Dental Council of India.
- Technical Officer: Candidates must possess an M.Sc., M.Lib., B.E. from a recognized university. Must have a B.Tech degree.
- Scientific Assistant: Candidates must possess a B.Sc (Food Technology/Home Science/Nutrition) degree.
- Technician: Candidates must have passed SSC plus 2nd Class Boiler Attendant’s Certificate.
