The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 12 Board exam result for the year 2023. The Board announced the news on its official Twitter handle on Friday. The pass percentage this year is 87.33 per cent, which is higher than the pass percentage of 83.40 per cent in 2019, before the Covid-19 pandemic struck.

Earlier this week, a fake circular claiming the result declaration date as May 11 had created a buzz around the result. However, CBSE clarified that the letter was not genuine as they do not release the result declaration dates in advance.
Steps to Check CBSE Class 12 Result 2023
To check their results, students need to log on to any of the official websites of CBSE – cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in. On the homepage, they need to find the link for Class 12 Board exam result and click on it. On the new page, students have to enter their roll number, admit card ID, and school number. After clicking on the submit button, the result will be displayed on the screen. Students can download and take a printout of the result for their convenience.
